Indian cookery evening

For an online scouts evening we did some Indian cooking led by kabir for his personal challenge. The ingredients were delivered to us the evening before and we cooked them the next day on zoom. we made four different dishes: popadoms with tomato, onion and corriader, aubergine and chickpea curry, vegetable fried rice and mango lassi. When we finished cooking the dishes we served them up up and showed them to each other and ate it the next day . The food tasted really nice and I will definitely make them again.
